The salon story

Local roots. A fresh point of view.

Champú began in 2005 as Mimi Hair and Body Care. In 2011, Shara Buday bought the salon from her sister and gave it a new name. The work keeps evolving; the welcome stays warm and personal.

  2. Shara Buday bought the salon from her sister and rebranded it as Champú Salon.

    A premium-casual mountain salon built around relationships, thoughtful technique and product knowledge.

A natural gift for color. Shara has been in the industry since 2001 and moved from Boston to Jackson in 2005.

A Jackson native, licensed in 2010 and part of Champú since 2015. Hannah specializes in highlights and color and manages booking, inventory and weddings.
